Rich Glass joined the Florida Burn for his first season in 2019. He was be an assistant with Craig Faulkner on the 2020 Platinum team. Rich has been the head coach at Palmetto High School since 2013.

Rich is now certified in many data analytic programs and kinetic movement training. He serves as the Burn's hitting coordinator and works with all levels of players within the organization.

Rich attended Bradenton Christian HS where he was a member of the 2000 state championship team and went on to play at Potomac State College in 2002. He went on to graduate from USF in 2005 and received his Masters in Education in 2010.

Rich has 15 years of coaching experience at all levels including stints at Bayshore HS, Manatee HS, and running camps for the Baseball Factory. Since being named the head coach at Palmetto in 2013, the Tigers have sent 10 players on to play college baseball.
